CREATIVE DIRECTION / BRAND CULTUREThis collection focuses on the tangible expression of Dropbox’s core values, translated through recognition and community. My work centered on creating physical artifacts of culture—high-touch goods and paper ephemera designed to integrate abstract corporate values into the employee experience. By applying a sophisticated design lens to recognition programs and limited-edition print, I helped transform corporate milestones into meaningful cultural moments, reinforcing the company’s maker spirit.
